After booking you will receive a confirmation and a structured intake questionnaire.
For production sprints, share your brand guidelines, reference content, and a clear brief on the asset types and volume you need. For strategy sessions, describe your current workflow and primary bottleneck.
Production begins once the intake is reviewed and your deposit is confirmed. Assets are delivered via a shared workspace with your prompt files, generation parameters, and finished outputs.

Do I need a complete brief before booking?
No. The Strategy Session is the right starting point when the brief is still forming. You'll leave with a concrete roadmap and a recommended next step.
When does production begin?
Production begins once your deposit is confirmed and the intake form is reviewed — typically within one business day of booking.
How do I share brand materials?
The intake form includes fields for reference links and notes. Large files — brand asset packs, style guides, reference content — can be uploaded at check-in or shared via a cloud link in the notes field.
What is included in the sprint deliverable?
Finished files in your requested format, the underlying prompts and generation parameters, and a handoff document. You own everything; we retain no usage rights.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 24 hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. Retainer engagements require 30 days written notice to pause or close.
