The Retainer is right when you need continuous production over multiple months. The Workshop is ideal when you want to build internal prompting capability.
Do I need to prepare anything before booking?
The intake questionnaire at booking captures everything we need to begin. If you have brand guidelines, reference content, or a preliminary brief, gather those before the session — they accelerate calibration considerably.
How long until I receive deliverables?
Strategy Session notes and roadmap are delivered within 48 hours of the session. Production Sprint assets are delivered within 48 hours of the session. Workshop prompt libraries are delivered same-day.
What formats are deliverables provided in?
Written assets: Google Doc or PDF. Image assets: PNG or JPG plus generation parameters. Video scripts: formatted PDF. All assets are accompanied by the underlying prompts and a handoff document in plain text.
Can I use the output commercially?
Yes. Every asset, prompt, and workflow document produced during your engagement is yours. We retain no usage rights and do not reuse your brand-specific materials.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards. Deposits are collected securely at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the session or upon delivery.
