How fresh is the coffee? We roast on Tuesdays and ship on Wednesdays. The bag in your hands is almost always under a week off the drum.

Do you do whole bean only? Yes. Pre-ground coffee loses half its character in 48 hours.

What about subscriptions? Coming soon. For now, set a calendar reminder and a 12oz bag will land roughly every three weeks.
